Nichole Grizzard joined the Mayo | Hill team in August 2022 and serves as legal assistant to real estate attorney Katie O’Brien Berg.
In August 2022, Nichole Grizzard became part of Mayo | Hill’s team as legal assistant to Katie O’Brien Berg, Mayo | Hill’s real estate attorney. Since joining the firm, Nichole spends each day working hard to ensure our real estate clients receive exceptional service. Nichole is responsible for pre-closing items, such as ordering title work. She corresponds with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers and prepares closing documents. She also makes sure all payments are ready for clients at the time of closing. As Nichole states, her main goal “is to make sure all parties have the smoothest transaction from start to finish.”
Nichole’s years of experience in the industry are evident in every aspect of her work. When asked about her favorite part of her role, Nichole had this to say: “I absolutely love every part of my job. I love meeting new people and seeing the excitement of buyers purchasing a new home.”

Outside of work, Nichole enjoys running, traveling to new places, and spending time with her family and friends. She especially loves spending time with her two daughters.
